One of the problems created by trading Dlo is that we lose two things we need most on this team:

    a) playmaking and
    b) long range shooting

Murray is the only player who can make up for some of this. He's a good playmaker, but he does not really have Dlo's repertoire and he certainly can't shoot as well. He can defend better for sure, but if we're one of the worst 3-pt shooting teams in the NBA now, this would make us even worse. Other plans are just making this problem even more glaring. The only way to get more versatility and defense is to try a trade that's centered on Rui, since we have people who can plug that hole that's created if he leaves.

Dlo is the best shooter and ball-handler on the team. His playmaking has been good. Right now he's the 3rd best scorer on the team and lately he's been scoring more than Bron and AD (barely, but still...) if you can believe it. Here's his stats for the last 10 games:

I mean, this is seriously impressive. 49% for 3? 23.5/6 with only 2.5 TOs?

Also mentions we're out on Brown, his price is too high.

Just keep Dlo in that case. DFS? Brogdon?

I'd take those guys but not at the cost of Dlo. Those are Rui/Gabe +picks (swaps and 2nd rounders) trades at most. I wouldn't even include a first for those offers.

It's Murray or bust as far as Dlo goes.

    Who says no?
Portland gets a good PF to make it easier to move on from Grant and the guy one of the most respected drafting teams picked ahead of Whitmore, white dude from GS, and Jacquez. He must be good.

Not me. It might tear @KareemtheGreat33 up a little to lose his whipping boy Jalen all of a sudden like that? :giggle: Naw …. Dude is sharp like Pelinka and probably has backup plans B and C for that locked and loaded. :D ;)

Brooks had 29 in 1 Qtr. Pretty absurd. But last I looked he was at 31 with 3 minutes left in the half.

definitely several players that can catch fire these days

Just unreal that Sacremento passed on him for Bradley and than Atl traded him.
He might go for 82 just because it's the Hawks

    Stay away from Bismack!

Don't want him because of the off the court stuff, but don't like them getting him for a song.

Talent wins in the NBA..that bottom line has never changed. Porter Jr from Houston is going to get another bite at apple soon too.

Sometimes Superstars, have to put the team on their back, and go out and take wins. That's why they are considered "Superstars ".

Luka has a #4 scoring game of all time, scoring 73 so far. He'd need 78 for #3, which will not happen. Anyway, pretty decent game for him.

    Stats: 25/33 (76%), 8/13 for 3 (61.5%), 15/16 FTs (94%), 10 rebounds, 7 assists.

Game summary of the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Toronto Raptors NBA game, final score 122-104
    Dallas -Atlanta 148-143
If they play like in today's NBA, Kobe might have scored 100

In today's era, he would've been a much better 3 point shooter by spending two zillion hours in the gym stretching his range. In a week we see KAT, Embiid, Book, and Luka all go for historic scoring performances; Kobe definitely would've dropped 100+.

It's telling he and KAT are friends (KAT lost his historic game, too). Empty stat kings.
