AD and Wemby taking turns posterizing each other
Cam’s defense!
Austin super solid again
Prince’s much needed scoring
DLO’s assists
Wood actually helped!
Wemby’s pair of clutch threes
Metta rocking his tie fitment super loose: just how I would rock mine if I had to wear a suit and tie to work.

Malo:
Lost focus in the Fourth- especially on defense
Having to see Pop’s face- I can’t stand him
Wemby’s over the back rebound dunk on Wood- if that would have been a Laker, it surely would have been called an offensive foul

 

If I wasn’t blessed to have grown up in SoCal, I would probably be a salty, jealous Laker hater too.
Anyway, what I cannot stand is C Bags fans pretending to be on par with the Lakers when their Franchise has only won ONE Chip in the past 38 seasons!

We were all once not a fan of having logos on jerseys, but it’s now the norm. Financial incentives end up permeating sports at every level at some point.

this tournament is no different

but it is very interesting to see the stark contrast of effort and energy between games they find meaningful and ones not so much

 

Between a normal December game and one of 82 vs one in the playoffs or one in this first tournament and 500G? Who woulda thunk it …. mind bottling.

 

We better blow them out tomorrow!!! I don’t wanna be the team that ends their 13 games losing streak ! Or is it 15 ?

Cam, D-Lo and AD didn't play but CONGRATS to the Spurs for snapping an 18 game losing streak and nabbing their (checks the standings to make sure not hallucinating) 4th win of the year.

Dept of Coincidences?

D-Lo was listed as out due to "migraine headache"...which I suddenly contracted myself 3 minutes into the 2nd Q, when we went down 49-24.

I think Kareem dealt with his migraines - which were so bad at times he once described it as "the Alien inside my head" - with meditation and cannabis...

...Which is also kinda dodgy 'cuz some of D-Lo's decisions this year made me suspect he was high during games.

 

I’d like to Castleton get some burn against other teams’ benches and be “told” to be aggressive and try to make some moves and score down low on offense, not just gimme dunks. Even in garbage time. He’s got a solid enough body now to play. He plays so conservative but has more I’m sure.
