Reaves got fouled and knocked off balance in the first place by Booker is why he lost control of the ball, but then with his hands “semi” back in control of the ball James called time out. So should have been free throws.

We'll run Bron to the ground though. I think we need a starting PG (DLO can kick rocks and Vincent can't play).

I think we need a player (except AR) to pound the ball a little and take it off Bron hands from time to time. Or turn to AR full time for PG duties if he's up to the task.

Silver needs that sent to him by thousands of fans. The examples of actual technicals that mirror the sarcasm are excellent. Power hungry …. way too often getting calls wrong to even be that way in the first place …. dweebs.

Yeah yeah it’s a hard sport to ref but the stuff right in front of their eyes is hard for fans to overlook.

The NBA is preventing the Lakers from wearing their black uniforms because of concerns over the visual contrast between the jerseys and the design of the specialized in-season court the semifinals will be played on at T-Mobile Arena

The Lakers are still undefeated in black uniforms, and all matches have come in the in season tournament: in the group against Memphis and Utah, as well as in the quarterfinals against the Suns.

However, according to ESPN sources, the NBA did not allow the Lakers to continue playing in their “lucky” jerseys.

a source with knowledge of the subject told ESPN.

When one Lakers player was informed the team wouldn't be allowed to wear black on Thursday, he replied, "That's a**."

Lakers players embraced the look beyond just the uniforms. Rui Hachimura, who returned from a five-game absence due to a nasal fracture, wore a black protective face mask against the Suns. And LeBron James wore an all-black outfit -- complete with thick, black Louis Vuitton sunglasses -- to the arena for the game.

James' teams have a history of success in black alternative uniforms. His Lakers went 4-1 in the NBA bubble in the 2020 postseason en route to winning the title while wearing "Black Mamba" uniforms to honor Kobe Bryant

On a positive note..the Lakers have gone 10-4, since the 3-5 start, even with all the injuries.

WMC: That girl who was SCREAMING every time we were on offense the entire first half. It was genuinely ruining the game for me, I can’t even imagine being seated close to her in person.

What was the rationale for not counting the IST Championship game and its players stats exactly?

I get maybe not counting the game itself but you can’t have players putting up all time performances like AD did and not have it count.

Do they want people to get hyped for IST Championships or not?

in fairness, it was the only game for the night (which only happens otherwise in finals, mostly).

i was unfortunate enough (see wmc) to accidentally watch the kevin hart broadcast, and that tiny bastard was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with having to eat AD's s*** all night.

so, it's not like nobody knew what happened.
