Pimple. As always. Even in a blowout he managed to do something amazingly dumb -- play DLO and AR with 5 minutes left and up 30.

    Fire Bacon Pimple Goblin Moron!

You know Zen is a true believer in his cause when he calls for Ham's firing after the best result of the season.

If you read between the lines of most of his posts it seems clear to me Zen doesn't think much of him. :p

this is the worst that could happen in terms of getting the team tired, great comeback, then 2 boneheaded plays at the end of the game by Lebron to lose it.

The Good: came back from 20 down on a BTB to go ahead by 2 very late.

The Bad: Lebron jacks up that 3 and misses, then tries to get it to AD down low when AD was sandwiched: fronted and a guy behind him.

Damn. Good game. Heartbreaking outcome for us. Couldda stolen it. I want AR handling the ball in crunch from now on.

    The good:

Team showed some fight after it looked like another blowout Kings style.

    The bad:

Offense was not there for 3 quarters and even in the 4th, LBJ/Reaves ran out of steam and we didn't have another play in mind. Poor execution in the end, maybe get it to AD to iso or something? AD should've been used more.

I think we stuck with Hayes in there a little too long, wished D'lo had more offensive impact at the end there.

Team never shows up at the start of games. Have to use all of their energy for a fake comeback and watch it slip away.

    AR sagging off kyrie hurt
Lebron jacking a 3 when he had Irving on him and time on the clock hurt
Lebron dumb pass to AD hurt.
That being said both AR and Lebron were awesome in the fourth till they ran out of gas.

AD no show sucked balls: honestly he looks like he older then Leborn on these b2bs
not having Cam and Vando sucked balls: Lebron did the best job on Luka
can some of these people hit open 3's - Rui, Max, Prince miss so many open 3's

AD has zero jumpshot and they were packing the paint. He just doesn't look athletic on back to backs.

Yeah I get it. AD wasn't that great with his 4/10 with Dallas questionable paint defense, but it would've been something else to do other than relying on LBJ to jack up threes or Reaves to make play.

didn't really watch, but how disappointing to again give up a big lead
then take the lead in the last 2 minutes against a solid squad
    and then blow it

Feels like our season so far in a capsule. Hopefully we take our medicine, get better, and make some different life choices.

Right- the fourth quarter until the last 20 seconds or so. Reaves and Hayes willed us back along with Lebron. Even Prince came alive there.

Wrong- AD's offense completely disappearing against a bunch of small guys. 10 points is unacceptable. Ham not doing anything about it either.

Scheduled loss. As a collective, the team treated it as such for most of the night. I don't fully understand it, didn't matter whether it was a 3rd year player or a 21st year player, this team "can't even" with back to backs.

Luka and Kyrie are too talented and too good in the clutch to go quietly regardless of how awful of a 4th it was for the Mavs.

    The Good
-Bron put up 16 in the 4th on the second night of a back to back.
-AR, Hayes and Prince had big moments in the 4. Yeah...Prince actually did something -- a 3 vs the clock, driving 2, big rebound and a box out
-DLO in the 3rd had a good run and then rotted on the pine
-Rui's activity. He was one of the only guys giving any effort in the first half. Mixed results and didn't love him on Luka but that's on Ham.

    The Bad
-Sleepwalking through the game. Last night was a blow out. The guys got rest, got to sleep in their own beds. Yet they had no interest in showing up until the latter parts of the game.
-Bron's start. Worst 3 quarters he played this year. Sloppy start with 3-4 misses at the rim, TOs, and no energy out there. Maybe he was pacing himself for that (mostly) incredible 4th but it was ugly to watch until then.
-AD. Come on!... Lively was all they had and without him, it should've been BBQ chicken. Went through the motions.
-Ham: DLO was playing well in the 3rd and then didn't appear until 3 minutes left? I know the guys who got us back in it were doing well, but I think he sat him too long. Didn't think Rui on Luka was the best option. Two players with the most minutes were Luka with 39 and Prince with 37

    - gotta make FTs
    - limit TOs (13 to 4)

    Bummer. Waste of a comeback.
Sometimes, this team plays really dumb ball down the stretch.
    Really, really dumb.

I'm at the point where we should just say, eff it, AD: it's a BTB, so you're sitting. We have a better chance of winning.

Well, if we didn’t decide to go with two extremely light bigs instead of somebody with something in his back pocket, this could have been an option.
