Haliburton is amazing. Would trade anything for him. May be even Reaves.

Ironically it may mean they'll play that Polish kid Podziemski who looked good for them today.

    We don’t need LaVine.
    We need Caruso back!!!
They can only have Gabe and a pair of seconds for him.

And a bit of a hot take around here, but I’m liking the in season tournament games so far. I like that they incentivize scoring differential and I feel players are putting a little more effort into these games.

But I do agree they need a better incentive than money if they want to see real motivation. Home court in playoffs round one would be very enticing for most teams.

a totally unnecessary grab of the neck/head from behind should be 10 games, minimum, imo. that's dangerous. and it's not like gobert was attacking someone or something--it was clear draymond just wanted to get one over on rudy for whatever reason. and i get it, rudy's pretty punchable, but there's no place for that in the game.

Wow, that is horrible. Why would you hold someone by the neck like that?! I understand the emotions get high, there's some pushing and shoving, that's all normal. But there is absolutely no place for this gladiatorial s- in the NBA. Shame on Dray, that has to be a suspension.

    "Came to his defense"

    That's some comical spin.

Yeah, 10-12 sounds right, especially with the rep of the player in mind.

the only time you grab anyone like that on a court is if it's a teammate, you have to get them away from a fight and you can't get through to them cause they're seeing red (like the Palace Brawl). Maybe an opponent can do that as peacemaker if you're bffs or part of the banana boat. If Bron was to pull Wade out of a scrum and had him by the neck, i'd assume he had his best interests in mind cause of how close they are...Dray and Gobert are not that.

ESPN Sources: The NBA is looking further into the Warriors-Timberwolves scuffle, including Draymond Green headlock on Rudy Gobert. Warriors play OKC on Thursday, so review on Green’s part — including video and interviews — expected to be completed for a ruling prior to that game.

It was a few days ago

The Warriors entered Tuesday’s game having lost three in a row, including a loss to Cleveland on Saturday in which Green was ejected after a confrontation with Cavs star Donovan Mitchell that led to a retroactive, and controversial, second technical foul. In a loss to Minnesota on Sunday, Anthony Edwards took exception to a hard foul from Green midway through the fourth quarter and the edginess emerged yet again.

“Get the f— out of here,” Green barked loud enough for nearby microphones to hear. “What are you gonna do about it?”

Edwards responded by scoring 10 points down the stretch, including blowing by Green on a drive and putting him in the spin cycle for a jumper near the foul line to ice the game. Green was helpless to do anything and Thompson wasn’t much better. The proud veteran is off to a rough start to the season, and he went just 5 of 16 in the loss on Sunday.

That's really early in the season for a buyout. Surprising they couldn't get anything for him.

    Why gift the Clippers anything?
