So glad he's back. I'd put him in as a starter next game just to shake things up. We can't keep starting so poorly.
For the time being, I would too. Hoping that rewarding hard work lights something under everyone else. Only problem is I think the energy issues can effectively be pointed at DLO and Austin. Everything else has rotated in and out, they've been the flat lined constant. So do we go big with: AD or Wood (spasm pending) Bron Rui Prince DLO And let Austin run the second unit?
Stop with the AR benching, people. How is he a problem? He did have some stinkers, but look at posessions. His usage was quite low all game, so.... I doubt that he is the kulprit.
It's not just him, but the backcourt isn't working right now. AR isn't enough of a PG now for it to be DLO who gets the demotion. If you can't play someone faster who's a better defender, then you need to lean into the strength you do have and overwhelm with size.
Not gonna work. Bron's isn't gonna be all demon now, and he is... he's gonna get injured very quickly. AD is fine on D, but lacks offensive skills to put such pressure. IMO... Prince is the man out and Vando would provide the energy. Putting AR on the bench isn't going to improve the energy, unless you are expecting Rui to do that and ... nah. We had 3 playes that did that for us last year -- Vando, Dennis and AR. Now we only have AR. Perhaps when Gabe and Vando are back we gonna get that again.
