    guessing silver made a call. but man, you do NOT want unhappy harden on your squad.

    i told portland to call lillard's bs, but philly better not mess with this dude. he barely tries on his good days.

    on the other hand, the clippers need not pat riley themselves here. they have leverage, but not a ton. they have no cap space forthcoming, so the idea that they could just sign anyone they want outright is bs. marcus morris and nic batum ain't gonna cut it. not sure how morey feels about norman powell, but he or mann would have to be included for me to bite on a clips deal. you can't just take expirings and picks when embiid is in his prime and (always) on borrowed time. i suppose a third team with big salary to unload might take the clips' expirings and pony up a pick, but that player needs to help philly win now. who is it? gordon hayward?

    I didn't really get that either. They've never been a real rival of ours and still aren't. They just kind of exist. To still be talking and thinking about us weeks later after you won the title was a bit weird to me too.

    I guess they really were mad at all the attention we got but teams need to take that up with the leagues media partners who constantly do a crappy job of promoting the game and teams.

    That's interesting as I always took that to be more between him and Karl than about the Nuggets but I can see it.

    was it the nuggets players talking? or was it just the fans/malone? i don't recall any of their players saying anything

    and you really can't blame their fans for talking this much considering how many times the lakers ended their finals hopes over the years. they finally got us
