How did Natalia do with the first pitch? Was that tonight? Surprised can’t find. She’s a tall volleyball player so I would expect like Kobe she would have good technique, similar to motions she would make on a serve or a spike.

Was at the Dodger game last night for Lakers night.

The Kobe jersey giveaway was great, thinner quality than actual baseball jerseys but perfect for Socal weather. Lots of love for Vanessa and the girls shown by the players and crowd. Didn’t hear any mention of any other Laker there though unfortunately.

Dodgers played like crap though and ended up leaving early

 

Yes the game was last Nite and it was awful! What an absolute embarrassment for Kobe night . Freaking pathetic

I used to love baseball

Now, there's no way to get me to watch a game. Basketball is much more exciting and interesting to watch.

 

as are 0-0 ties or one score in a match to many others who aren’t “football” …. errrr ….. futbol ….. errrr ….. soccer fans …. all that “passion” be damned.

 

Baseball can be very boring, but I have sat thru an 18 inning baseball game that ended in 1-0
Score, but it was the WS . Am I crazy ? Probably. I am also not American, well I mean I live in America and have an American passport. Lol

Soccer or a football game takes no more than 2- 3 hrs max . I’ve sat thru a 5 hr baseball game lol

 

Or like any other sport maybe you played it for a time and loved it. But, like @abeer3, for little league and one year of HS, I was a pitcher until I was too small for it and then just stuck with basketball. Which come to think about it .... was too small for that too. But could shoot lights out, except in games .... too often. Sasha syndrome.

 

Speaking of tall Americans in other countries' sports (what's that .... we weren't? ) ..... this was an interesting and fun watch last night. The sport itself .... YOWZA!! the collisions and with NO protective gear. Euro "soccer" players need not apply.
