That should be grounds for non payment of his salary or suing his a** if Dame refuses to play ….. no?

Harden’s trying to do the same thing with Clippers who don’t want to give up enough either.

There's 2, one in Boston and the other from SA.
Also only discovered it in the SL
The Spurs is better and played well in Vegas if I recall correctly

Yeah, I'm not caving in if I'm Portland.
It's time teams take some control over this madness of signing massive extensions and then asking out.

What a terrible take by George, it’s all LA, just root for LA, LOL. Tells me all I need to know about how he thinks and views the Lakers, why he snubbed us the first time he had a chance to come here, doesn’t respect the history or the brand, clearly wasn’t raised right as Pau would say.

Nope, never, don’t want him. Used to really like him as a player, but he clearly doesn’t have what it takes to be a Laker, saying we and the Clippers are the same it’s all LA, that’s embarrassing if he actually believes that. Great player, but yeah he’s meant to be a Clipper, he’ll never win a ring and still get to enjoy LA living, no actual pressure on a cursed franchise no one actually cares about.

it's hard watching players try to justify why they don't want to be on the Lakers, etc. They can't even convince themselves it was a good choice.

    "We all in LA"

    :Schrooder Clown:

Just lets you know, he's not the one. Never was. Wanted nothing to do with being compared to Kobe or other Laker greats. And any of these young kids that think PG is the greatest, they should be banned from future signings or relegating to a maximum of the vet minimum contract. The are not worthy of the Golden Armor.

PG isn't too bright. remember how he was apparently upset that the lakers didn't trade their entire future for him? who does he think he would have played with once he got here?

I'll take a victory lap on PG. I wasn't a big fan back in 2017 or 2018 when he was rumored to come here with LBJ. Guy plays like 50 games a year and makes nearly a million every time he suits up. In that case just give me a guy like AD who is has far more impact.

i think he was mad because we told him to ask out, and we'd handle it...and then we got cold feet when indy drove the asking price way up out of (possibly deserved) spite.

but he still should have signed here. it's ok, we got a better player in AD as a result, but that was his bad choice. now he's living with it.

If he had gotten into FA instead of re-signing with OKC, the chances of him being a Lakers skyrocket. Instead of Kawhii, PG would have been the main target and really hard to imagine someone him not wanting to team up with both AD/Lebron with the cap space the Lakers had

That was such a weird decision, not only did he re-sign with a small market but one with very little chance of winning. He put himself back into the Indiana situation which he wanted to get away from again.

Harell feels like one of those Mike Shannahan running backs who only does well in that zone-blocking scheme.
I saw him just bully all-star pf's when he was teamed up with Lou Williams with that PnR scheme where he was constantly diving to the rim. Outside of that situation, he just becomes this under-sized 4 who can't defend.

and then he forced his way out anyway. at least okc got a king's ransom for him, though. that trade was pretty insane.

So Karl Malone is better than Kareem and Wilt and Hakeem.

Timmy was great but ranking him over Kareem is stupid …. or move Kareem and Hakeem up over Isaiah and Iverson if we’re just ranking greatness over building a squad. Wilt & Russell over those two as well. I’d even do Bird over them. “Greater” big players over great smaller ones.

    Really?

Old school guy, very big, very strong, classic post moves. Can even hit 35% of his threes (or something like that). 31 or 32 years old... Stats: 14/10/2.

    Basically - yes.

Something tells me it's not going to happen though.
