I’d actually worry about the Clippers if Dame went there, and I have never worried about the Clipper before in my life

I doubt Portland wants to be saddled with Lowry's contract as he declines. I'm guessing the trade ends up like this:

    Heat = Dame
Blazers = Herro / Robinson / Jovic / every pick the Heat own for the next 10 years

He'll get injured. The clippers curse is real.

In reality they have a bunch of aging injury prone guys and guess what players tend to get hurt as they get older.

Lillard is one the worst defenders at his position ...

Or if Portland doesn’t want to take one of those contracts from Miami… get SA in the mix. Have Miami send a few second rounders to the Spurs to have them absorb Robinson or Lowry into their cap space.

Maybe that’s why there hasn’t been movement with SA and Reaves yet

I want Harden to go to China. He’s unbearable to watch. As long as Dame stays in the East, I’m good.

Very glad we got DLo locked up. The earlier rumors about a team option sounded too good to be true, if we were doing only 2 years then the player option always made more sense to me

And sure we probably had leverage to squeeze DLo for a better deal, but at a certain point you don’t want to sour the relationship to shave a few million bucks. Especially since at this point it’s not really going to be that big a factor in what we do with the hard cap

What do we make of the rumor that we sold Gabe on a starting spot? If true, does Ham get his beloved 3 guard lineup or is Austin our super 6th man?

Miami is ready to offer Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson and draft picks in exchange for Portland's star point guard Damian Lillard , according to Bleacher Report insider Chris Haynes.

It is noted that the Heat would prefer not to include forward Caleb Martin in the exchange.
    Not even Lowry LOL

Lakers just won the off season. 18.5 per is the reward the Lakers get for him stinking in the WCF

So far I only heard that from one reporter. They do seem to be a reliable Heat reporter so I don’t doubt the report, but I think the report was that we told him he’d have a good chance at being a starter.

I think that was maybe even referring to the chance that DLo left, not necessarily promising him he’d be the starter of DLo returned. And even then, there will still be chances for Vincent to start due to inevitable injuries/load management

I think starting lineup should be DLo, Reaves, LeBron, Rui, and AD

I don't see how we would have offered that or why we would go small. We have Rui who needs to start, we have Prince, we have Reddish and we have Vando all at the SF. We have a lot of size.

Man, I would demand Martin comes with Herro. He’s their second best player and this is for Dame, a top tier talent. Portland is getting fleeced if it’s just for Miami’s two one trick ponies and picks.
