Austin has proved he the kind of guy you can build a team around. He will need another star around him. That will eventually be Max but while he develops Rui will have to do. If it was me I'd be giving AR the keys to four wheeler next season. LT is right, Ham needs to take off the blinders and let AR free. We are not coming close to seeing his arsenal yet. The way he comes to play and his smarts makes him so much more fun to watch than the other supposed stars.
Austin, I would love for you to stay, but honestly, you should go to Spurs if you can. Ask the Lakers to not match. You, Wemby... should be betterthan dragging Bron's corpse through the season, while AD is watching from the sidelines... Please don't leave, but you really really should.
Strength and more dribbling. I wish he could add a couple of inches to vertical, just so he doesn't always have to do those pivots in the paint. Other than that, I'm not sure he has any glaring weaknesses at all.
