    I’m guessing he had words with ownership/mgmt, and there was a “me or him” ultimatum on Ayton. They felt disrespected and immediately terminated him because that’s not how new ownership rolls and wanted that known.

    i suppose that's possible. i'm just saying monty has a long-standing rep as a pretty good guy who's easy to work with, so my guess is they just don't know what else to do.

    That comment backfired on KD big time. His last few years have had the media following him around taking shots like mad at him, he has become the toxic magnet that he accused Lebron of being. And truth it, with Lebron at 38 years old and still producing, the toxicity around him has diminished. Maybe he needs to brandish a firearm in public multiple times to create some toxicity???

    btw, the answer to JTA's rhetorical question is that they're all drunk and high all the time, so they continually make bad decisions. he should at least hire someone to just be sober and babysit him and his friends.
