Excellent defense, hovering, switching, rebounding, awareness, lateral defense, contesting everything.

If i had to nitpick…. In the first half, I’m sure a lot of you caught this one…. Fast break… laker numbers, dlo just sitting and waiting for the left wing 3, rui gave it wayyyyy late when memph already ran back.

Regardless, crypto went nuts all night and for other plays and dlo continued his fantastic play.

    MOAR RUI!!! We love him!!

Nice thing about Rui is he can score and be a threat even if the 3 isn't falling.

The pull up Ft line shot and spin move dunk makes the defense scramble and create gravity. Rob really deserves credit for this one. They saw a fit that I'm not sure many people would thought of

Shohei is like a God in Japan. There's not a single human being more popular than Shohei right now. Honestly, his popularity is like peak MJ and peak Tiger Woods combined. It's crazy.

So it's not really a fair comparison, but Rui is getting a lot more media coverage since becoming a Laker, and even more so with his recent performance in the playoffs. We're really proud of him, but casual fans here don't know that the Lakers got him for 3 second rounders

This guy had a truly awesome series and solidified himself as someone we have to bring back.

Legler on ESPN last night said two of the wins Hachimura had a big hand in it. He reminds me of Odom who in some ways found other avenues to contribute besides scoring.

he had a two or three play sequence on defense when it was still a game that i thought was huge. the strides he's made on that end have been impressive.

I didn’t see the Rui trade coming at all. Don’t think anyone did. That was a stealth move by Rob and a great one.

O'Neal and Barkley on the TNT show talked off how they never heard of him at all claiming they never watch Washington games where he was previously.

Limited action because Vando has to be on the court against Curry, but he looked as ready for the moment as he did against Memphis.

    6 points in 11 minutes.

    Stay ready.

Idc if he isn’t a 2…. He absolutely needs to take ALL of Troy’s mins. For the remainder of the postseason.

We could have used his big body out there more to snatch all of those boards that Looney grabbed. We can’t expect AD to grab them all himself.

Looney can grab all the rebounds he wants , he didn't have a huge impact on the game imo.

The only path for the Warriors to beat the Lakers is Draymond at his best defensively at the 5 imo.

Needs to play more and could use the ball more often! He's such a good scorer.

He will play a lot game 2. AD and Bron stayed in cause this was our best chance to get 1 on their floor.
