Sure, but he can't keep playing the last 20 min straight without a break. Or even the last 15. It's not sustainable and has already hurt us in previous games. (games 2 & 3)

Ham has a lineup without LeBron that has worked well in the 1st 2 games, +10. DLo/Reaves/Vando/Rui/AD. He even used it in Game 1 in the 4th Q to give LeBron a 2 min break, and it went +5. He used it today in the 1Q for less than a minute, then forgot all about it. He needs to use this in the 4Q to spell LeBron for just 2 minutes. Then maybe we don't have to go to OT.

I hope his legs start building up like they did at the start of the year. I remember he looked slow as hell at first and then had a surge after 10 or so games. Remember when he turned 38? It was like he aged down the way he was moving.

Great effort but no way he can keep this up. He'll go down just like Leonard did :(

I think Memphis's whole game plan is to stop AD at all cost, throw everything they can and force someone else to win it for you. So, it is to Lebron's credit, as well as AR and everyone else that when teams do this to AD, other guys step up and burn them for this. Come on, we had 6 guys in double figures, AR was our high scorer, Lebron got 20 RBs. It shows everyone that no matter how you game plan us, we can beat you in multiple ways. Instead of ripping on AD, who got as a double double, along with 4 blocks and 2 steals, why not be happy that one of the better defensive teams in the league attempted an extreme method and got burned for it. Before the trade, this approach would have worked.

i watched that replay and was like, if it bounce out, the refs were going to have a TON of problems. because AD was going to flush that if ja hadn't jumped on his head.

this. because memphis has loaded up on our 30 year old superstar, our hofer is being guarded in isolation by a center (who's honestly doing too good a job there).

anyway, lebron hit two very tough shots to save and then ice the game. and both were drives and not pound/pound/stepbacks, so that's great.

and 20 boards. getting it done. some good defense, too. i have no complaints.

You know what... I was thinking about this earlier this morning. He truly leads by example. Can you imagine how inspired guys like Reaves and Rui are right now. This is going to stay with them their whole career, long after Bron retires.

Or maybe they'll retire before him, I'm not really sure at this point. But yeah, the will to go out there and play with such grit, although he obviously doesn't have that crazy speed & lift anymore (OK, he's playing injured as well)... I'm truly impressed. And you know what -- this dude is taking charges and blocking shots. Yeah.

Put the team on his back when we needed him and got us the win. Did everything out there that we needed.

Probably hoping we had two days off after this one, he's gonna need help next game.

Three guards lineup takes the ball out of Bron's hands way too much , especially if it ends up in DS ones

Great game. He still saves energy through the game and you see he needs it because he finishes games with some wear. But he can still make plays against anyone at his age. What a career

The 20 rebounds career high is one of the most impressive playoff performances I've ever seen... and I've seen a lot of playoff games.
