My bad - I always think that TN is on the coast but it is not lol. And even though it's pretty close to it...Memphis is on the veryyyy western part of TN. Either way, the Grizzlies are literally the most "eastern" team in the western conference so we gotta travel prettyyy far unfortunately.
They traveling too tho soo that deads that .... Memphis.... b Clarke/s Adams out for the year best we can get .... Tillman and JJJ only the ones in the post we gotta worry about but for now let's focus on minny
oh god yes it would be. i, too, have been thoroughly unimpressed with the play in the last four games of the year. any continuation of that tonight will drown any enthusiasm i have built for the playoffs, tbh.
No matter how this game turns out my WMC is, will be, should be the way Lebron played the last 4 minutes of the 4th. What the actual F was that rookie level crap? And AD on that foul.... Just dumb as hell. OK back to OT
Top tier: AD, Bron, DS 2nd: Rui, Vando Everyone else was trash and an embarrassment. Utterly inexcusable. Refs were bad, but come the f*** on!
Some of the dumbest hoops I’ve ever watched. Mistake after mistake by guys who know better. Glad we won but we made that much tougher than it needed to be.
This better be the sloppiest game we see from them during this run. Careless turnover after careless turnover after careless turnover. Maddening.
i knew conley would go off. it was so obvious these guys are not making it past memphis. just far too much brain dead basketball and it doesn't help when the coach himself is a brain dead moron too
I have to admit, I don't have much faith we will beat Memphis. We don't match up very well against them. I would have actually preferred we faced Denver but I'm still glad we have the 7th seed locked up with some time off rather than slugging out another game to only get the 8th spot. It is what it is - going to be a real fight with the Grizz. We will need to be playing better than we have been to have a chance.
I’m not as confident as I was a few weeks ago in our ability to make noise in the playoffs. The past few games have been ugly and Memphis is a lot better than those teams. Maybe this little stretch of days off will refresh everyone. We’re gonna need fresh legs against the young guns in Memphis
We'll see if it was fatigue related but yeah I'd like the team to strike first instead of these come from behind wins .
since everyone is back to saying the refs love the lakers, i'm glad this is still making the rounds, too:
Lakers played really well that game. It's hard to judge the Lakers: they have played some very good teams outside of the Clippers very tough when healthy (Bucks, Boston, GS, even Memphis) but they've been less then inspiring lately. team definitely seem to play to the level of competition and it's still unclear to me how healthy AD and Lebron are
We've had a few foul calls this year where our guys fouled the other player but hitting the opponents elbow with their face. The Laker ref advantage is fantasy.
Well this gave me a nice laugh on a rough night. I expected a loss tonight though and expect the guys to bounce back in game 3.
