Welp - LeBron is going to be guarded by ANT or Slo-Mo or Prince. ANT is the best defender of those 3, but LeBron should theoretically cook against all 3 guys.

I hope LeBron does not SETTLE for jumpers in this game. There's zero reason for that. Needs to take it STRAIGHT at KAT and punish him.

 

like i said in the AD thread, i'm expecting minny to pack the paint hard precisely because they're a quart low there. it's on our perimeter guys to knock down some shots and make them have to respect us (if we still had westbrook, this is terrifying, btw). but yes, lebron is going to be guarded by a smaller or a weaker player, so if they aren't doubling him in the paint, it needs to be post up city.

 

Lebron is going to Lebron..we have too much talent for Minnesota. I expect they will make a game of it, but fade midway through the 4th quarter. This is the stage that Lebron lives for, my only concern with him, is stepping on somebody's foot, things can go sideways pretty quickly if that happens. Now or at anytime in the future.

 

We’re at the stage where we have no idea if he will be able to stay healthy enough to play a single series or not. However, it only gets worse from here. This may be his last hurrah.

 

we won tonight in spite of leBron and his empty stats. he's a net negative on the court right now, but he's eating up valuable minutes. But his net rating on the court since his return has been very unbronlike.

hope his condition improves as play continues, or we probably don't go too far. it's clear Ham won't be sitting him no matter how he's playing.
