I like this team despite some bad losses.

if we keep this core intact maybe replacing a couple of players max, I think if relatively healthy, we'll be Top 2/3 in the West next year.

honestly think the weakest link right now is our coach.

That's true, but he needs the ball and didn't fit that well with LeBron, and he's worse than DLo and Reaves, probably even Schroder. So I wish him no ill will, but I'm glad he's gone and that we have the current guys.

 

Sometimes a change of scenery provides a better situation. Good for Talen, I hope we shut him down completely in these two games we have against the Jazz tho!

Now you use DLO’s salary to claim that he is a “star.” Keep up the “talking out of both sides of your mouth” shtick. It’s so entertaining.

 

Meh..You misquote me frequently I notice. I said Westbrook was an asset whether he was worth 47 million dollars are not. If it didn't work out his contract was still valuable. Ie we got 3 rotation players for him. D'Angelo Russell makes 31 million dollars, that's: star" money whether you consider him a star or not. Hell f***ing yeah..I would take Dame if he was available to be had. He's a superstar.

 

THT simply wasn't a good fit here. he hasn't really improved his poor shooting, but he's getting a ton more chances and that's why his numbers have been pretty good for the most part this season

 

One game doesn’t make a good player - Talen shot 34% from the field over the last 7 games and 43% since he has been “doing well” (123/283). I mean that’s just not very good .

He needs the ball in his hands to be successful and on our team there is at least 4 players better suited to be creating than him.

 

You guys watching numbers. Look at the games. He is basically a larger Dennis. No thank you.

 

Right. Because he never had those bait and switch 1 game in 4 where he helps win a game big time here as well and then the other 3 stinkers where he helped lose games big time or made them nail biters in the 4th if he played. Kind of funny this “unconditional” stuff when Lue has … and will have to continue to do so very likely …. hold Russ out of most or all of the 4th quarter.

 

He sucks when he's playing with George and Kawhi but kills it when he gets to run wild and do whatever he wants. Remember Charlotte last year?
