I could not agree more. I want as many of these guys back as possible and the only guy I would let walk is Lonnie and even then I'd prefer to keep him. I really like what we have - FINALLY! I actually prefer this team to the bubble championship squad. This team is so full of young talent. It's just what we need going forward around Lebron and AD. And it's a truly likable squad that's easy to root for unlike some of the guys we started the season with that are no longer here. The future looks bright. Let's hold on to what we have and stop chasing the third star. There is no perfect fit third star out there that will serve us better than a well balanced roster will and we are seeing that right now. 7-3 since the ASB with these guys and half of those without Lebron. I really want to see what we can do with this squad and a full training camp together next season.

moreover, if this roster fails for whatever reason, everyone will be imminently tradeable. just a much better position to be in. let's not screw it up with silliness like looking at kyrie and draymond and whatnot.

Good post. I'm also perfectly happy with running this same group back next year. If we could trade just DLo or Beasley with the 2029 pick for an obvious upgrade at the their respective positions I'd be fine with that too, but I'm not really interested in a consolidation trade at the moment.

i don't want to (because i like the idea of drafting someone near the late lotto this year), but this year's pick could be packaged with rui, beasley, bamba, or some combination thereof to suit a need and/or potentially cut salary. i wouldn't be at all surprised if we did this.

I let Reed walk and sign the best end of the road vet available. Love, Rose, Jeff Green, RoLo, Dragic, JaMychal Green.

Other than that, I'm all for running it back. We have optionality at the deadline if we need to tinker. Could easily flip Mo and Rui or Gabe to address a need, if one arises.

I'm good with the bulk of the team coming back, but I'm still lusting after Myles Turner, on that very reasonable 20 million dollar contract that he will have for the next two seasons. Turner, Vanderbilt and AD is an awesome frontline IMO. Indiana will be way under the cap this summer, so a sign and trade involving Momba and Rui, or Walker sounds great to me.

Porter talked crap after it, so I don't think it's that big of a deal.

    Run it back!
    Yes please!
I’m fine with letting Lonnie go because we don’t need him.
We do need a big body center to replace Bamba. He’s way to slow on D and don’t need what he brings on offense.

I honestly think that with the way we are playing, nobody in the West wants to match up against us in the playoffs.
    Not even Denver.
If I we’re playing for any of those teams, I know I wouldn’t.

Oh Denver absolutely does not want to see us in round 1, we were beating them BEFORE the deadline moves, we won the season series 2-1. I don’t particularly want to play the Kings though, something about that team, they’re young and have no fear of us, no real expectations, Fox lives to play well against us. Anyone else I’m good with.

    Pl l

I can still have my dreams. Lonnie and MO are young. Indiana is not winning with him and they have a ton of cap space, to absorb a sign and trade. Throw in our pick and they get 2 young players, and they'll have 2 FRP. Great deal for both teams. I'm not giving up on getting Myles.

How epic would it be if we won a championship this season? Unlikely, I know, but imagine?

    1. another "screw you" to Russ
    2. Rob's vindication

The only problem for me is -- it's gonna keep Bacon Pimple and he doesn't deserve anything but to be fired immediately.

Another championship belt for Kurt will really cement his HOF executive career.
