Might be a good thing actually. He gets to rest up, while we get a look at the new guys with AD. Dominant AD ball isn't a bad thing.

 

He'll have 7 days to rest during the all-star break. We need these wins.

If he can go against Portland and New Orleans he should play. These teams are barely ahead of us and we can gain ground.

 

we're 5 games under .500, in 13th place, and a couple full games out of the play-in. every game now is a playoff game. we've already lost two very winnable games against (not very good) teams ahead of us.

if lebron packs it in here and then demands out in the summer, i will have righteous fury.

 

Of course. Every year he sits games in January and February for alleged boo boos, then plays in the all-star game. If they lose these 3 games …
