definitely possible. i just imagine he saw it as a big challenge and figured he alone was up to it.

Oh yeah. I definitely think he believes he can overtake us at some point. I can't see it ever happening but I guess he's going to go down swinging.

they actually have a great shot this year. kawhi has now gotten like a year and a half of rest time, so it's now or never if he's going to make it through a post season whole. and on paper, they can run through any team in west, imo. wouldn't surprise me if they get to #3 in the conference for the playoffs and then "upset" memphis and denver (if they aren't upset prior). after that, it's just a matter of who survives the east (my guess is boston, but maybe philly or bkn if horford doesn't make it all the way).

a boston/clippers finals would definitely bum me out.

Ok, we are close to getting our guys all back. We really need to lock it down and focus on getting wins. 33 games left for us. We did a great job of keeping pace at over .500 ball with AD out and Walker and Reaves also most of that time. But if we want to jump past the play in we are going to have to start winning probably at least at a .600-.650 pace for the rest of the season starting next game against Boston (tough beginning!). I think it's definitely possible. We most likely need one more small trade to really solidify this roster with another good starting level player by the deadline. That would help. We might be able to get by without one but if we don't that's added pressure.

F*** these referees. I’m not even going to watch OT, hope we win, but don’t care. Not watching a rigged product, referee was RIGHT there and didn’t make a call so obvious a child could have called it. That’s like 4 or 5 times now they’ve potentially cost us games, you shouldn’t have to save your god damn challenges til the last shot just in case the refs are blind as a f****** bat. Games like this can cost us our entire season, and they’re just like nah, f*** you leBron, no obvious foul call for you. Refs need to start being fined and suspended for garbage like this. Ham and LeBron better let fly after this one, I’m talking $100,000k+ fines.

Another view of it. You can't miss this. That can't happen at the NBA level

For that to happen to us three times is inexcusable.

2 minute report should be a novel with all the bad calls down the stretch.

How does the NBA do this to LeBrob friggin James. There shouldn’t be any such thing as star calls, but there is, and he doesn’t get them. Now we see why he doesn’t drive at the end of games, because he’ll just get hacked and get no call, where at least with a 3 he can get a clean shot off. LeBron James, one of the greatest players of all time, about to break the scoring record, and he can’t get legitimate calls to close a game, he gets treated like Max Christie out there. Pathetic

I don't like to justify losses with referees but today was a straight out robbery.

We did what we had to do to win and the referees took us the win.
It's not only the blatant foul on LeBron, it was the constant calls during the game. When we asked for a challenge (and won it), the play after they call an off foul on AD that didn't exist. The literal next possession.

F them. I'm so pissed off, LeBron needs to use his platform because this today is embarrassing to the NBA

    Your 2022-2023 L2M Champions baby!!!

Hope Adam Silver sleeps well in a few months when ratings are down in a Lebron-less playoffs where we missed out directly due to multiple stolen games

Someone needs to take a fine and blast these officials. 39 Fts for the C Bags and 20 for us. The BS at the end of regulation with Lebron.. Absolutely embarrassing. A true disgrace

I'd be totally Okay if Lebron came out today and blasted the League for not addressing constant ref mistakes, even if it costs him a suspension.

Basketball is easily the worst officiated big sport and something needs to be done.

game-deciding plays like that one for example should be automatically reviewed
