How is it too early when my point remains? What’s too early is acting like we’re a playoff team when we are in 12th place.

I agree that we need shooting and many of your takes Weezy. But you said it's a good team sarcastically as if we aren't.

We just beat Portland at home, beat Memphis that was the hottest team in the West before that. Lost to the kings by a possession that should have been a tie game if refs didn't miss it. Beat the Rockets before that, got pipped by Philly by bad officiating (1 point) at the finish line and it took two overtimes for Dallas to beat us where the officiating stuffed the call twice.

We certainly aren't a bad team. Only 4 games back from third.

Yeah. Team needs a reliable shooter. That and a healthy AD and we’ve got a real shot in the playoffs

We aren’t a good team, we’re mediocre. We have major holes, and most of the players we rely on would be like 7th/8th and lower in a lot of other teams rotations. We need a couple of better players to slide those players down the depth chart. That’s not me saying oh my god we’re the worst team ever and ranting, it’s me saying we need to improve and if we do we can be dangerous. AS-IS, mediocre team, LeBron is just that good, Russ has been really good, and occasionally we are getting great games from Schröder and Bryant. We need more than that, and yes AD will help a lot, but we relied on him way too much when he was healthy, we can’t do that again.

I agree with weezy - we can't keep doing this. If we plug holes on this roster, we'll not have to come back from down 25.

IDK how much longer we can do this and get away with it...the front office just wants to play with fire here.

We literally need just ONE winning streak, 7-9 games...to race up the standings.

The problem is - we'll win a few in a row, and then we'll LOSE 3-4 in a row. We really gotat stop that but tbh it's not even surprising because this roster is still very flawed - so until THAT is fixed, we'll see this up and down play from us.

OMG the TNT absolute ball washing of the Clippers all f****** game long is obscene. Surprised being on National TV they haven’t pulled the plug on them.

Pretty much nobody else showed up tonight other than LeBron. Bryant scored some, but his defense is..non-existent, if someone is a rim protector than he’s like a rim guider. Oh and we’re 0-7 on TNT now this season.

Losing 10 straight to the Clippers is inexcusable.

Seems like everyone but LeBron’s and maybe AD’s in that game we beat them prior to the Covid lockdown …. sphincters pucker up when shooting against the Clippers and they do the opposite against us every time and shoot the hell out of the ball.

same story each time they play the clips

their guys show up, play their roles to perfection, and shoot the lights out while the lakers do the opposite (aside from lebron)

it's also no coincidence they haven't beat the clips since lue took over. that guy is clearly still bitter as f*** towards the lakers for not hiring him and he puts on a coaching clinic every meeting

What’s the story though with him being “undefeated” against us as we beat them and another top team did we not right before the covid shut down in 2020? Did he not coach that game or am I mis-remembering that they were one of the 2 teams?

it's their whole organization's super bowl every time they play us. they played kawhi and PG 36 minutes each. they shot 19-38 from three.

where's lue's clinic when their expensive roster drops half their games?

Every single loss to the Clippers for the latest 4 seasons has been sending us the same and obvious message it's a WINGS league .

    On January 24th 2023 , the 4 main defenders who guarded Kawhi and PG13 were 6'6 , 6'3 , 6'1 and 6'1

I CAN'T BELIEVE WE LOST AGAIN
