Wait I thought it was said here Russ’s hammy was bothering him … why he left the game last night? It’s still the foot thing?
Well it just says “questionable”. Why what’s wrong he has been looking pretty great out there? Was anyone aware of a tweak?
Twitter said he was probable before charlotte. But I agree probably just a way to get away with load-managing him. Miss the Bubble year: Lakers blowing out teams so bad that Lebron could give his shoes away before the game ended seems so distant now
me too, although i remember back then it didn't matter because we lost a couple games to the clippers and nobody would shut up about it no matter how many games we won or how good we looked in non-clipper games.
I feel like we actually looked good against the Clippers that year. I was certainly looking forward to beating them and shutting that whole thing down once and for all on the path to a title. Watching them choke against the Nuggets was equally satisfying though.
That blocking call on Reaves when Oladipo obviously ran over him and gave him the elbow on the way should have been called an offensive foul upon review. How can those idiots not call that? Come on.
How about the other foul called on Austin when he tied up all ball and hand on that layup attempt and no one touched any part of the guy’s body? Terrible call.
This was absolutely bizarre! At first I thought it was a good challenge. Austin did nothing wrong and was in good defensive position. If not enough evidence to call it a charge on Oladipo, I thought it would at least be overturned to a no-call. But then the refs announce they had actually called the foul on Westbrook and that’s when I noticed that yeah, Westbrook did absolutely foul Oladipo after the initial contact with Reaves. Thought at that point it would be a quick review and they stick with that ruling. Then they come back and rule that actually the foul WAS on Reaves?! And then to throw salt on the wound (although it was actually a good thing because it preserved a timeout), they declare that it meant the Lakers actually won the challenge since the call was overturned from foul on Westbrook to foul on Reaves lmao
I thought Reaves “slightly” drifted left into his path. He wasn’t going dead straight back seemed to me.
One of the worst officiated games I've seen in awhile. What the actual F was that?! Also, Ham and the small lineups. Just stop. Nunn back to sucking?
Those refs, my gawd. That could very easily been a loss. NBA should suspend these f***ers for a game or two, make a point and create a better product.
