He’s under contract. He’s only “leaving” if we agree to trade him this summer.
If he were a man, he would admit he pushed for the Westbrick trade and it didn’t work.
    Too bad he’s not.

Not even I will be glad to be right about this. I’ll just be glad it’s over.

Yeah, the Lakers won absolutely nothing before LeGM showed up.

Before LeBron signed we were in the worst stretch in franchise history and embarrassing ourselves in free agent pitches to Lamarcus f***ing Aldridge. KD wouldn't even give us a meeting. Yes, LeBron saved us.

Sorry, he didn’t come in and clean up our FO- he got lucky with rest for one Bubble run. The rest of the time he’s been here has been miserable.

Lol this is such an awful take. We were the 1 seed before his injury the year after. Just sit this out.

Sorry, injuries are part of the game.
You know, they exist in reality, a zone in which most LeGM fans choose not to partake.
I don’t need to convince you of anything. LeGM comes in and we have had ONE out of five successful seasons. Big Deal. The next two, at the least, are going to be awful due to his meddling and that’s just the truth.

Before LeBron signed we had 5 awful seasons. So at the very least, we have 1 championship and 9 bad seasons instead of 10 straight bad seasons. Thank you LeBron.

    Problem solved for this summer:

-Bron doesn't want to leave LA, let him go across the hall.
Zu, Kennard, Mann, Covington and a protected first.

    Send AD home.
-DD (might demand out this summer anyway), AC, two protected picks.

    Zu/Jones
    Turner/Covington
    DD/Mann
    Kennard/Christie
    AC/Rivers

    *red are my FA signings

For a team blowing it up, it's not bad. Good frontcourt, size, some shooting, defense, future flexibility, and we get a few picks to add to our chest. I don't think we'll get much for either Bron or AD but if we're wasting everyone's time... might as well move on.

We aren’t blowing anything up. We just need to A. Trade Bev Nunn and Jones now. B. Trade Russ at the deadline and hopefully AD returns soon like during the first half of January. I think teams will get more into the Victor tankathon by mid January or so.

That's too logical for the front office

We're going to wait until Feb to move Nunn, Bev, Jones or some combo of them because the cost will be at the lowest even if the season is lost by then because this roster doesn't work.

We're not going to move Russ and we're going to lose that salary slot this summer.

It’s hysterical that a championship in his second season here is “big deal”.

Just for clarity on the LeGM takes:

Goes to Miami, brings Bosh. 2 rings.
Goes back to Cleveland, brings Love. Ring. Finals every year.

Comes to LA, brings AD. Ring.

Yeah he’s awful. Definitely him being the problem.

Lebron needs another high end scorer to play with, in order to be successful. This was supposed to be AD.

This is the third year in a row with AD having injury issues. It's not Lebron's fault that AD keeps getting hurt.

The number 1 issue with this team over the last 3 seasons is AD.Lebron is 38, it's reasonable to expect him to miss some games. You just can't GM around Anthony's situation IMO.

The Lebron "runs everything" narrative gets more airplay than it should. James said he told Cleveland, not to trade Kyrie. He says he told Rob to resign Dudz and Caruso. It looks like Dame and Derozan, were his first two choices, but he definitely preferred Westbrook over Buddy Hield. He doesn't always get whatever he wants. Honestly he probably should have in retrospect, but perhaps Rob didn't want it to look like Lebron was running the team?

It's not Westbrook 's fault that AD keeps getting hurt either. Westbrook over Hield was still the better trade.

Who says that this is even true? Random "anonymous sources"?
