Trent is more of a SG. I’d give up a first for him, just not sure I’m sending Christie out for him as well. They can have Bev and Nunn though.

Also OG is in the DPOY conversation. If you team him with AD we are going to be a top 10 defence for the next 3-4 years regardless of who else is here.

I’d be interested in many of these players if the price is right

OG would be preferable, but he would br less obtainable than Trent.

OG would be ideal, but it's probably not realistic. I would give up everything outside of the big 2 for OG. It might be hard ot get any big wing with OG's skills etc for that matter. Though Trent is 2 inches shorter than OG, he might be the next best thing. I mean he checks a lot of boxes. Shooter ✔️ Young ✔️ Klutch client ✔️ Okay at defense ✔️ Reasonable contract ✔️. I mean there is s lot to like there.

OG is on pincus’ list! 2 firsts, Christie, Bev and Nunn for OG and a bad contract like Khem Birch (Toronto don’t have bad contracts?)

    Speaking it into existence.

    Schroeder / Russ
    Walker / Reaves
    OG / Brown
    Lebron / Gabriel
    AD / Bryant

This list seems to be for a Beverley/Nunn trade, rather than a Russ trade. If this is what Bev/Nunn/one FRP gets us I'm interested in most of these.

Hell yeah throw whoever Reeves is in, as long as we can keep Austin Reaves. :giggle: ;)

If we can keep Reaves for 8-10M for 3-4 years that is tremendous value and what we have all been talking about needs to happen with the gems that our scouting staff keeps finding for us.

So...hoop heads...I see a lot of post stating that we need to make a couple of moves in order to be a " playoff contender". Well the top 5 in the West today are 1 Phx 2.NO 3.Den 4.Mem and 5.Sac. which of these 5 teams do you really believe would beat this ' currently constructed" healthy Lakers team in a 7 game series and why?

The point is moot though until we get ourselves at least to the play in. The current roster needs some tweaking to get to the playoffs. Bev and Nunn are deadweight eating up $20 million in salary and giving us nothing.

Why shouldn't we make the play in Jones? Every team has deadweight on their roster. So all these other teams have perfect rosters or something? Why. Because they started out better than we did? Serious question.

I just am not convinced we will get there unless we make a move. Pat Bev as a starter is a disaster. The three PG lineup is a disaster. We need some better players than this. And we deserve it. Get us a real starter or two and we will be in business to contend. Why not? We shouldn’t waste this opportunity with a crappy cast. Upgrade. We are on pace to win 37 games. That’s not good enough.

I mean seriously, Pat Bev is our starting guard. Not one team has a starting guard as bad as he is. Shall we review his stats on the season? It should turn your stomach. 4.2 points a game at 27% shooting and a whopping 22% from three. Horrifying.

It's getting hard to know what Rob & Co will do. And interestingly, where's Mr Rambis been of late?

Bev starts now...he probably wont even be here in Jan..still... we started Javale in 20 and won a chip. He didn't actually play much even though he was a starter.

No way we only win 37 games. That's expecting us to have another 10 out 12 losing streak..that is not going to happen. I don't think any team I listed would beat us in a 7 game series today, I'm not sure why they will supposedly be better as the season goes on but we wont.

pincus's list is solid and seems in tune with management's thoughts, imo. shorter contracts that can probably be had without using future 1sts.

i think he knows things, tbh.

and hield for bev/nunn wouldn't surprise me at all.

Hield for Nunn Bev no FRP would be great. Solves the logjam at non shooting PG/combo midget guards.

thinking indy takes 2 2nds and expirings for hield. they get to look like hardasses for not giving us turner when hield was rob's crush the whole time.

guessing whomever gives us bogdanovic, hield, trent, etc. without us giving up a 1st is where it lands.

the pincus deals that return a big and wing (charlotte, orlando, toronto) are all interesting to me.
