I recall Stockton admitting he only dunked once.
Also set some of the nastiest picks even for his small frame.

On topic: James follow through on his outside shot is smooth, slower follow through and not hurried.

He was also voted by NBA players the 2nd dirtiest player in the league behind Rodman.

And I would welcome either on any team I am assembling.

Remember how most hated Ron before he came over and became our if the most beloved Lakers ever.

stockton was definitely dirty; it was part of why i hated him. i'm just saying he is actually really underrated, historically speaking. two-way player, clutch player, really had no weaknesses.

anyway, the lebron thread...i'll repeat that he took fewer off-the-dribble long jumpers, and we need to get that number down near zero. progress.

He’ll be back to ball pounding next game despite this masterpiece.

Especially with Boston playing so well. We will have to be the ones to stop the green slime.

I remember thinking Sloan managed his minutes masterfully, and he retired with plenty of gas in the tank. Seemed like he could have played for another 5 years. Look at the games played each year. Dude was extremely fit and an iron man. He wrapped up his career at 40 years of age having played 82 games per year in the 4 years, and 16 out of 19 years. Legend.

He and Malone were quite the combo, and it was a shame they never won a title.

I felt the same way about Stockton as I did about Bird, Isaiah Thomas and a few others. I hated them so much when they were making life difficult for my Lakers, but respect them so much after they retired for the highest level of competition they brought.

Yeah whatever: f*** both Stockton and Malone. Both were dirty as hell - never forgive the league just ignoring he did a straight up leg kick before he'd take a mid range jumper to initiate contact.

he's tough to officiate. once again, though, the league that created harden having that lebron disparity needs to look at itself...hard.

He should definitely be drawing more fouls.
