What a baller. I got anxious when I didn't see him in the lineup with 5 minutes to go, but thankfully he got in just after that. This kid is a joy to watch
but paleskins are fragile. By and large the data suggests you don't play them more than 25 minutes if you are hoping for longevity. Bird, Stockton, West, those guys are the exceptions.
Thank you again Scouting Department for choosing this kid!!! Just a solid all around player and so easy to root for.
Contract is up in the summer, there's no "lets him go" for someone else. We either resign or he walks. The only question is how much. We may be lucky there in that AR has become so good so fast and young that maybe we won't be expected to throw the keys to the Lamborghini at him just yet. I'm hoping he takes the 7mil MLE
Play him big minutes and pay him whatever we have to. After trading Ivica for worse than nothing (still shaking my head) and letting Alex go we cannot be that stupid again. As good as our scouting department is the upper management thinks these guys just grow on trees.
Our scouting department work for other teams like Washington, Chicago and the Pelicans. They are the ones enjoying the late round talents our scouts have identified and gambled on.
