i posted about that deal for months. water under the bridge. tbh, russ off the bench makes me not feel like moving him. it wasn't russ that lost us the game yesterday.

 

I liked the thought of dealing with the Jazz especially if we got a pick back.

i know people are making fun of it, but we need to get 20 games deep, imo. need to see if bench russ is real and if bevs truly forgot how to shoot and nunn is actually dead.

those things affect our trade outlook. if we're sub .500 in december, i expect the moves will start happening.

 

If we are sub .500 in december, we might as well call it a season.

Of course, in my head, the most likely .500 is actually .250, so YMMV.

If we are sub 500 in December, Lebron or AD is hurt. It would be shocking for Lebron to be still struggling with his shot by then.

I don't know..if he doesn't look better against Cleveland, he might take a couple of games off.

 

I don’t agree. This team has obvious shooting deficiencies and a problem at Center- regardless of how well Westbrick plays, whether AD is 100% healthy, or if LeBron is battling a cold. Waiting 20 games isn’t going to change this fact.

 

despite all this, Kyrie is worth millions. He has no worries, he could retire tomorrow and live comfortably the rest of his life.

My take away on all this is that the institutions that you thought would help you, can bury you just as easy.

 

Sucks that the acquisition of Kyrie now seems to be dead in the water. Wish there was a way to transplant Kyrie's brain. just about anyone else's would be an improvement.
