    There are a lot of things playing into that that don’t belong on a sports forum, but it’s coming, and it was very forward thinking to have the lakers pick crypto.com as a naming rights partner.

    it will likely be looked at as a genius move 10 years from now for both parties. IYKYK

    I’m too financially illiterate to follow these discussions, I’m just wondering (hoping?) if Crypto.com’s cash flow problems are enough that they have to somehow back out of the naming rights deal.

    Wish all of y’all who have invested in crypto luck, but I HATE that name for our arena, and now feel like I’ll always associate it with this season which has been the worst in Laker history.

    Somehow trading Russ AND changing the arena name again would be a dream off-season.

    Digital currency is the future. Like the .com Era, most crypto will faulter but there will be mainstays that change the world.

    As far as the naming rights to the arena, just another thing Jeanie and the people involved f***ing up s***.

    Do you see Madison Square Garden or Dodgers Stadium pulling this crap? Jeanie is a horrendous owner and makes terrible financial decisions.

    PPP Loan, the arena naming rights, just to name a few.

    the current monetary system is pretty much failing. All fiat money systems usually fail within 100 years. We are on borrowed time. Learn this new world or be left behind. It's no joke. Investing in the right stuff now is like ground floor of Tesla, Amazon, Ebay, etc. You won't get this change again during your lifetime most likely.

    Crypto Arena would be been fine. Has a nice ring to it. It's just tough because Staples became the MSG of the west and they ruined the brand

    Would actually be great if it was renamed to Staples Center...the Lakers have literally not been the same since the arena got renamed to Crypto.com - feel like it's been a curse.
