Yeah. I don’t know about Lonnie. I have to assume we couldn’t get other targets though.

Lonnie is a poor man’s Monk at 60% of the salary. We still need some wings with length, but I really don’t have a problem with any of the signings so far.

We aren’t in a position to get the best available FA. Needed to go for high value signings and hope to hit like we did with Monk.

i think it's what happens when you hire a former agent as a gm. there's advantages and disadvantages, for sure. we've seen both in the extreme, imo. if and when rob's gone, maybe we shift to a traditional model. but we got a ring out of this weirdness.

i like old dwight, but he's not super useful on a night-by-night basis anymore. jones is an upgrade. i'd keep dwight as 3rd string, but if he wants 2nd string, i get it.

i don't get mcgee nabbing a 3-year deal at mini mle when dwight's scrounging for mins, though. i view them as much more similar in terms of on-court value. i'd bet philly takes dwight back if harden and him are ok with it.

I don't think AR ready for 30mins honestly his advantage would be coming off the bench so he's not punished as starter

seen walker called poor man's monk a couple times, and i don't agree. monk's just a much, much more skilled offensive player.

but walker's much stronger and has greater defensive potential (even if results are...iffy so far).

i agree with folks that walker's a head-scratcher and again want to see who goes for the mini before i complain too much.

26 more million for gary harris???!!! gtfo. i would have been iffy about him on a minimum, tbh. this is an 8th/9th guy on a contender on a good day.

think orlando is just locking up guys they think they might be able to trade for 1sts to desperate contenders in february.

Dwight showed he's not an every night player. More like a once a week player at this point. McGee can still score in a flurry. Put up a quick 4-5 baskets, give energy, weakside D, be a long lob threat.

I thought we could be in play for McGee for min or in the $3m and change range. Definitely didn't think he'd get that money until FA opened and everyone started getting bigger deals.

I fully agree. Glad Monk got paid more or I would be seriously pissed off we didnt offer him the MLE.

Monk could go for 30+ in a night where one of our stars were missing. None of these guys we signed can be a reliable scorer.

I'm waiting to see what Porter and Warren get... surprised they haven't signed yet but might be waiting for the KD fallout.

I'd be happy if we got Drummond back. He has the most potential of any Centers left.

I know he left a bad taste in people's mouths 2 years ago, but half our team was injured and he never had time to gel with the team.

He's like a worse version of THT (who despite me liking his potential still wasn't very good last year)
Trade has to becoming with THT and hopefully Westbrook involved
