I really don't see any scenario in which he's not a Laker at some point in his career. I'd like it to be sooner than later, still in his prime vs. a Melo bucket list item. But Kobe means too much to him for him not to try to win one for him as a Laker.
Hard for us Lakers fans not to respect the guy even if he's playing in Boston. I respect and appreciate his gestures towards Kobe and can't help but wish him a great career. As long as he's wearing green I'll never root for him getting a championship, but I do wish him a good career and I'll still appreciate his game, even if he ends up being a C bag for life. It was much easier to hate on Paul Pierce
I never wanted to and never did watch the memorial service. Though I want at some time like to see MJ's tribute.
That understated yet brimming to overflow confidence he had his whole playing career. Didn't run his mouth a LOT but the expressions and gestures said volumes.
