His syle fits is a seemless fit just about anywhere. He's a very different player from him, but it's similar to how Danny Green has been carrying the connective glue guy label for a decade. He'll see that kind of coin too, if he keeps this up.
That dagger three tonight!!!! And the cutting and one! And the whip pass to Baze for the open triple! So good.
Love his poise and he is never afraid of the shot or the moment. Wonder how many teams regret passing on him in the 1st round
I assume this has been posted before, but the more I watch, the more hints of Luka I see in AR's game.
It’s plays like this one that keep me tuning in. After 10 days or whatever it was of all star break, amidst such a disappointing season, little moments like that remind me of the joy in being a fan. Despite his flaws, I respect Avery Bradley for his contributions this year. But at this point, Reaves NEEDS to permanently get the nod for the starting lineup over AB
Austin should watch footage of Caruso playing defense and get down a bit more in his stance IMO. I too hope Vogel will keep starting him when Bradley’s back. Bradley better on ball defender if not outsized but Reaves can at least take on taller players on switches. Hope he can make it to the off season without any injuries that keep him from having the whole summer to work and get stronger. Kid sure is tough to take the contact he does every game.
The sequence on Jackson was great. That really pumped some juice into the crowd and the team. Another great heads up play by him was on Bron's block from behind, it was made possible because Austin's D on the first wave against whichever Tenant it was. Hopefully he keeps getting the start and these legit minutes. Logged 33 last night.
The play on Jackson was exactly the spirit that most on this team are missing. Save maybe Monk, Dwight and Lebron at times most are playing just low-energy ball or energy with no control (Russ/THT). Reeves and Monk are the bright spots this year.
We need more indians and less chiefs on the court. We have to many players that are consumed with their stats, Reeves is the perfect antidote for this team. He plays hard on both side of the court, does all the little things, takes a charge, moves the rock, set screens if need to be, and hustles, hustles hustles, his shooting and spacing helps too!
This is not talked enough. It's a masterpiece our scouting department. This is as important as. The coaches and GMs. This gets you players that make you win championships or get traded assets to win them. It's unbelievable. Reaves is a real baller, he will get a better career than most of the draft picks. In 10/20y I believe he will be top5 career wise. What I love the most about him is the composure. He makes highlight plays and he's body language is the same, he's constantly focus on winning, engaged with the game. Absolutely love him
