    Not expecting a Russ deal, but the fact that Woj hadn't heard anything means nothing. He has minimal sources with us. I think he has minimal sources with Melo's camp because he was first on one of his injury status updates this year.

    russ was never going anywhere at the deadline

    not only because no one wants him, but because that'd mean the lakers would have to admit failure and they won't do that. let's just hope they find a way to dump him in the offseason

    So Darryl Morey held tight onto his trade assets all this time to eventually get the guy he exactly wanted, in which there were rumours that Harden wanted to goto Philly in the summer when he's a free agent anyway.

    Do you think there was tampering involved in this?? How did Darryl feel so confident that Harden would have been obtainable??

    i feel like simmons and curry make the nets a better team

    can't see harden+embiid getting past milwaukee, brooklyn, or miami

    Fair exchange is not a swindle. Harden wanted to go to Phily when he asked out of Houston. Simmons was determined that he wasn't going back to Philly after the season. It's a player's league, both guys got what they wanted.

    Gonna be annoying to start hearing how Morey was a genius for not taking "bad" packages throughout the season. Harden kind of fell into his lap to be honest and I wouldn't be surprised if there was some tampering involved.

    Fair deal for both sides.
