    Zion needs to get down to 250-260. Which means he needs to lose close to 80 lbs. If that does not happen, he's not going to have an NBA career.

    Zion is 21 1/2. Men fill out until 25, he's not going to lose any weight but he'll get bigger. He's muscle and he's not going to lose that.

    I don't think he is 330lbs of "muscle". That's prime Shaq weight. Probably more. And we called Shaq "Snaq" at the time. He's 7-1. Zion is 6-5.

    Ultimately, it doesn't even matter if it's somehow magically muscle. It' too much weight to play basketball. His back, knees and feet are going to break under all that stress.

    He could play his game at 270 and maybe get it done.

    honestly, he’s the rare case that might have had a longer nfl career.

    zion is far more fat than muscle right now. wonder how much his injury has affected his ability to do any sort of cardio and if that has contributed to the weight gain

    either way, guy looks like shawn kemp in his last season with the magic

    it would take THT/nunn/one vet min (probably bradley or bazemore) to get it done salary wise, and it would push us to the level where we wouldn't pay caruso.

    honestly, they might not get a better player than THT in trade for grant, so I could see them considering it. as much as grant would help us, i'm not sure i do this, though. i'm still something of a THT believer.

    I am a believer, too. I think he's starting to figure it out, too.

    I don't want to overrate Grant, but he's a very nice piece. He's probably the perfect piece that we need with the roster.

    Idk. Let's see what happens in the next 2-3 weeks.

    Ahh man. Another kid we know is going to be good and at super young age to watch blow up on another team and in the future. With NO guarantees LeBron or AD don't get hurt and another championship ain't happening, again this year. Brutal to think about. Here how about him doing it instead?
