I doubt it was because of something he did or didn’t do. Hopefully they’re just being super cautious. Maybe they asked him if he felt anything. Hopefully again …. NOT!!!

I’ve given up trying to figure out any reason behind Frank’s rotations.

HbK’s talents on offense are wasted not handling the ball and playmaking and having to stand in the corner and wait for passes that rarely come. Would love to see him maybe in garbage time (if we start getting some more) have a chance to make some plays and operate from the top of the 3 point line to see what he can do. He won’t do those things until they give him the green light.

i'm actually ok with him spacing the floor for now. anything to get him out there. he's been our best sg this year, imo.

He's got no vertical to speak of so the one issue with him is finishing. Unlike KCP and Caruso who were awesome outlets on the fastbreak, Reeves just doesn't have either the footspeed like KCP or the hops like Caruso. Even the halfcourt it was an issue, he had a nice turnaround step back when the shot clock but a few other times he got stuck when the defense collapsed on him as he can't finish among the trees.

It's something to monitor as getting more hops is not something that could happen but his career path probably is to become a better shooter (i.e KCP level rather then Caruso like) so that his offense isn't a liability. His form looks a lot better than for example AC and he's been an excellent FT shooter in college so he should be capable of doing so. I think someone mentioned Herro and you can sort of see the same trajectory for him but he's old. He's almost 3 years older than THT! So not sure I would except that from him

We could all chip in a penny or so (they seem to be doing well with the discounted price :D ) and buy him a membership for Christmas here:

And I’ll also agree with that. If being a spot up shooter and spacing the floor on offense means he also conserves energy to give all out effort on defense, it’s a plus.

OK not like Austin is a complete athletic slug though. He seems middle of the pack in the other stuff, while being a coiled 197lbs of toughness   and not completely earthbound with 25" standing and 35" max vertical jumps.

Not a giant in hand size or wingspan .... but he'll box your a** out.

Magic though would say, "11% BF!!"

Lose some of that maybe he'll jump higher?

that was me. he won't be as good as herro offensively, but herro's actually not a great athlete, either and has managed to learn how to finish in the paint and stop short for midrangers. his three is obviously quicker and more accurate, though, the former (getting the shot off on tight curls, etc.) will be tough to fix, but i agree that the latter (hitting more) is certainly plausible.

It's also nice to see someone sprint back and forth on the court, who actually gets back on defense

I think our scouts are going to start hanging out at HWC’s so they can find decently athletic fundamentally sound team players being overlooked by other teams who focus on Uber athleticism.

I invite all of you to watch him closely the next game. It's incredible how he is always connected to each play. He does everything you should each second of a play. It's a marvel to watch.

is it great to watch or maddening that most players don't do simple stuff like this?

it's sirron. "historically white colleges", which isn't a thing. well, it is a thing...the thing. hence the term HBC.
