well im just saying thats what it looks like currently with russ as a laker, teams are going under all of his PnR
I understand that, I also understand that that doesn't necessarily mean that we will lose a game or a series because of it. I see it like this...no team or player is perfect. James and Davis are top 5 in the NBA when they are on their game. Russ is at the least top 15. Talent wins in this league, once those three get comfortable with each other, it doesn't matter what one guy's deficiencies are, the other two will make up for it.
I honestly wouldn’t mind throwing Reaves in early as well, he contested hard without fouling on CP3 and Booker. Just have a big waiting in the paint when Ja gets passed him or Bradley.
Reaves seems to react and rotate very quickly most of the time …. the “on a string thing”, or is that just me with happiness to have what I feel is a smart, winning type plays IQ player like AC here again right after losing him?
only won because melo shot the lights out and despite that, it was only by a few points this team is deeply flawed
it's really hard to do much with these stats, as dj basically just plays those starting minutes in each half, right? right now, a counter argument could be that our old team takes a while to get rolling.
[ Maybe... But I don't think that's the case. And I think a consensus is forming. All good, though. .
Remember we are missing 4 key players to start the season, 2 of them were projected to start: Ellington, Nunn, Ariza and THT. That’s a lot. We won’t really know the nature of this roster until we are closer to full strength. I’ll wait until then to assess.
