That was incredible. CT3 was due! Pollock could learn from him. Credit to Bellinger today, he was hitting and causing havoc on the bases.

    BRING ON THE GIANTS.

Everyone hated on Roberts throughout the year He deserves love today. The dude played all the right pieces today. Great to see Cody and Taylor step up.

Holy crap, my chest!!!! What a masterful managing of a game by Dave Roberts. I've been the first to kill him for bad moves, but you have to give him props for an amazing two months of managing, the last two months, and he had the PERFECT game for a manager tonight!

If the Dodgers win it all, his management in tonight's game should be put on the ring because the title would not have happened if not for his calls.

I got to give props to both managers they coached the hell out of this game. But yea Roberts pulled those strings today and played sweet music today.

I doubt we will ever see a 107 and 106 win teams in the same division finish a season.

The issue in baseball is you can't have 5 or 6 or 7 teams in the playoffs now because a team would need to not play for a week or more. Baseball can't work like that.

I'm gonna guess the league makes the wild card series a 3 game series. The issue there again is, if the game goes 3 games, a team is off almost a week.

Baseball is a game of habit and momentum. When the Rockies rolled over everyone in 2007 and made it to the series, they had a long break that ended up killing all their mojo and then lost the series badly.

I wish they would go back to making the winner of the wild card round not eligible to play the division winner in the same division.

We lost out on a NLCS Dodgers vs Giants series this year.

Rules for next year if it were up to me.....

DH in the NL (Helps the Dodgers alot)
No more 7 inning double headers
No more men on 2nd in extra innings
3 game series in the wild card round, play all 3 games in a row. No days off.
Wild card winner doesn't play the division winner in their division in the NLDS.

Pretty sweet that the two guys in the worst slumps of their careers, Belli and CT3, win it for us. That’s some sweet redemption. Happy for both. That Dodger Stadium magic. Mama. And beating the Cards made it sweeter.

Btw: was driving home from my Pop’s house when he hit it. I’m laying on the horn, my wife’s telling me ‘don’t do that; people are sleeping.’
I said, ‘hell no, they’re all going nuts.’
My boy said ‘Yeah. Do it again.’

So I listened to him first, then I listened to my wife.

Well a K by Turner and a grounder turns into a DP by JT ends that inning.

Now Walker is dealing a bit but Bryant gets the base hit with 2 outs
