Yeah, this is a bit of a head scratcher. We have Russ who will play 48 minutes a game apparently, Nunn who needs minutes at PG, Rondo who has to play enough to keep the rust off, THT filling some combo guard minutes, and LeBron who is our new Point Power Forward. Just don't see the room for Collison.

Maybe he's just trying to see if he has anything left in the tank?

Oh boy :wasntme: He won’t play, and if he does it will be hanging over the team all season if he will just up and quit one day because his “conscience” is bothering him.

Dang, that's quite a fall. Pass though, even if it's just a camp invite. Much rather focus on a wing who can actually fill a role and make the team.

Why would we want to sign a 6-foot guard?

Darren Collison had his opportunity in this league and with us and he blew it off. He is an out of shape short dude who has not played in at least a couple of years. There are more deserving players to give this kind of chance and/or opportunity to. His days are over. Stay retired.

Hard pass on Collison. These last two spots need to go to a bigger defensive wing and a spot up 4/5.

He's done, but I'll take him over Collison.

I'd take prime JJ for sure. You know... the guy from 2006 or so.

IT is going to get absolutely abused on the defensive end. It's a major problem for any team looking to potentially sign him.

funny... Collison probably wants to reunite with Russ and recreate that UCLA backcourt... funny because Collison had all the attention as the older guy, and Russ exploded on the scene with athleticism, which was a stark contrast with Collison's finesse... classic Cucamonga (Etiwanda)...

I’m surprised no one has picked up Avery Bradley yet.

He was injured most of last season, and sat out the previous year for Covid. My guess is teams aren’t sure they can count on him for a full year.
