i really don't think it was the pressure here; i think he's a guy that needs his reps for offensive rhythm (lots of guys do), and he couldn't get that here.

There is only so much room at the top of the mountain. Kuz had no chance to get his opportunities here but he got to play with guys like Kobe, Lebron and Davis. Like he says, he got experiences here he would not have gotten anywhere else and they will serve him well.

that's true too. it's worth noting that he actually performed better in his second season compared to his rookie year

his numbers took a massive dip once AD joined the team

Denis situation is even worse than KCP, no one needs to sign him in order to attract another big name FA lol

No I’m talking future future. Like 4 years down the line like AD.

It’s realistic to think we might be able to get Luka way down the line because circumstances change and everyone wants to be a Laker even if they don’t know it yet

right, 3-4 years from now, who knows what's happening. but we should be back in control of our picks, and we'll likely either have clean books or good players or a combination of both (i don't see current management pulling a mozdeng).

we may be in a similar rebuilding spot that we were in when we got lebron, tbh. 3 years is a long time. but that's time frame i've always been working with in my mind. luka would certainly be post-lebron, if not post-AD.

He'll fit right in with the team that cannot be named.

I went and cruised the C bag forums and found that they are thrilled to have him for cheap but that is all, also, not too many people chimed in. For them, he is ex Lakers and damaged goods. They are proceeding slowly.

Weren’t both of these guys already on Exhibit 10 contracts and wouldn’t that have guaranteed a training camp invite?

I’m just curious on the terms of the contracts. Maybe they’re converting Reeves to a full contract, signing 1 of Brown/Mac to a full (I’m assuming Brown because he has an NBA ready body), and then hanging onto Ayayi as the other 2-way.
