I was gonna say that ahahah immediately laughed when I read it Liked his comment on the off-ball movement, hyped me
I do agree that he is going to get the best looks of his life here. Because he shot over 42% on some of the worst 3-pt looks in the NBA last year. How he did it is beyond me.
He went from playing on a team where no one on the roster got doubled to a team where on any given play, 3 players can draw a double on the perimeter and possibly even a triple team in the post. He'll have enough time to write his memoir before shooting. Like the attitude and acceptance of any role. Really glad he found his way back.
feel like he bombed on us in a game last year or the year before, and i was thinking: a) he didn't do that here, and b) those are tough shots, and he's working hard to get them. now he's playing off three hofers.
I’ve always liked Ellington. It’s great to have him back! We could have used his shooting the last couple years and now we’ll have it.
the inside hand on the strong side dho is actually really clever, and i'd never thought of it. i've always found it easier shooting off the dribble from my non-shooting hand (and i think this is true for most players?).
Yep...dribble with my left to gather momentum and use my right to pick it up to rise to let it fly. Unless you're Jamaal Wilkes.
I saw what this was for the first time the other day on a video, and every elite skinny jump shooter should have to practice with these smacking on them while shooting. Channel your inner Kobe.
