I’ve seen McClung at 6’2 1/2” 175, 6’3” 181 and now 6’2” 185. I bet it’s close to the first one in height and hopefully the 181 weight. Anyone know anything about the 7’2” 255 dude? Tres Tinkle 6’7” 225
Tres Tinkle and Trevelin Queen, these guys must be tough because I’m sure they got teased in school with those names.
11 hr ago This and the Ayayi piece really gave great insight, Mike. Between the two, if one were to have his two-way contract converted to a regular contract, who do you think would be more likely to receive it? Ayayi or Reaves? 8 hr ago AUTHOR That's really tough to say. I want to lean to Reaves because of his ability to be physical on the offensive end, but Ayayi's off-ball ability may stand out depending on the line up. Great question, “and fortunately, the entire Laker summer roster is so stacked with talent, there may possibly be multiple opportunities there.”
I seem to recall Jerry West was always on the lookout for superior athletes if they had skills. What's not to like here? If we thought Schroder was a little pit bull I have a hunch this kid is right there and stronger, just as fast and an even better athlete. Mac's got unshakable confidence and the gym rat .... grinder I'll outwork you attitude. 1st stop an exciting Summer League coming out party (?) then South Bay Lakers signing. THT getting blown by at .05 in ... Mac going to his left and then again later going to his right ? Sure looks like him.
OH. OK. Thank you. Hmmm. Is this perhaps that sleeper big man I was asking for about 6 weeks ago? He's 27 now. But hey, Big Man prime right?
Yep that was a great SL team. Only year we ever won. Only championship prior to last year in 10 year span.
If you get a chance to go to Summer League, DO IT!!! Seats are first come first serve. $40 for the entire day. 75% of the crowd are Laker fans. Get to see a LOT of players, coaches, execs.
