I’m a dude or one of the “you guys” and I guess you forgot all the billboards and s*** coming from Clippers organization last year, the NBA media annointing them pre-season and all season long, Clipper fan and Snake who is the “real” guy who “punked” the Lakers and tried to do them free agency harm in addition to signing there. Can’t stand Chris Paul either which is included in some of this decade of mine of Clippers hate. But your quote above …. seriously? Don’t you even know the history? I honestly don’t see any rivalries between clips and lakers as the media makes it out to be eversince they got KL and PG .. did any of the talking heads in the media ever mentioned clips vs lakers rivalry BEFORE they got PG and KL ? Not really !! But as soon as they get PG and KL clippers become blood rivals of the lakers... even though there is absolutely no history between the 2 teams .. just my opinion

We live in the most "In the moment" fickle environment in human history. 2 days ago, Booker was Kobe part 2, Phoenix was gonna sweep the Clippers and Deandre Ayton was even with Luka and Young. Today, Phoenix is a fraud, Booker looks like he just lost a middleweight title match, and they are interviewing a flukie rat looking mother (bleep) who I didn't even know existed until the Lakers/Suns series. This is why people are going nuts in society. Sports, which was the escape, is creating the same flukie analysis for everything and everyone. We keep using "great" for EVERYONE after a week, after a game, after a series. Why? Why does a guy need to be overly valued because he had a good game, good month or good season? We dilute the product and player of those who are actually GREAT. It's all subjective and opinion. I get it. But it's LAZY. Whether it's a paid analyst or some jerk off on the coach watching, it is extremely lazy, and for me, it's comical to ever put players who haven't won s***, or done s*** for a decades time, in a category of GREAT.
