They are listing him as questionable right now but if he feels good after warm up I think he will give it a go.

News: 20 hours agoPorzingis (ankle) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers, Brad Townsend of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Spin: Porzingis left Thursday's contest against the Lakers due to a sprained ankle. He may test the ankle before Saturday's game to determine if he's able to play. If Porzingis is ruled out, more playing time would be available for Dwight Powell, Willie Cauley-Stein Boban Marjanovic.

WCS dominated Trez the other night. Trez and THT were like negative 18. Need to could less and clean the boards.

I doubt we win 41 games. Over under is about that. I see us at 40-32, playing clips first round. Losses like this tonight can cost the Lakers a title.

I actually prefer to play the Suns first round.

Hard to build chemistry with so many bodies in and out.

Offense really suffered as it became a jumpshot fest. A bit strange as we really don't post up AD or Drummond. Well I suppose that they aren't ready to go AD at the 5 just yet but with AD at the 4 and KCP out, spacing crashed and the jumpers stopped falling.

Don't trust McClemore at all to finish games

Our guys absolutely wet the bed in the 2nd half. We need Lebron back desperately.

this team has mostly been a permiter oriented team, i rarely ever see any getting setup for easy buckets om set plays even when Bron was playing

Bron will change the point of attack though: he can go bully ball or go to the Dirk turn around game from the post.

On the whole it's probably just so many moving pieces: not having KCP who is very good defender along with Caruso available and then having to deal with incorporating both Drummond and AD really got exploited by Luka PnR game and then on offense so many jumpshots as the focus of the offense rather then the finishing act.

Doncic. Never stops whining, he’s approaching Harden levels

We are just taking way to many threes for how poor of a percentage we are shooting as a Team right now. I know you are not supposed to go down low anymore these days but it‘s just hard to watch a team jack up 45 threes, hitting only 12.
Dallas just dominated us in the paint these last two games.

Maybe our worst half of the season in the most important game so far.

We needed this win badly. This one stings a bit and might come back to haunt us in the playoff seedings.

thought we had it in the first half, but the three point shooting was a mirage, and it was the only thing holding us up.

we may have overcorrected in the way we defended doncic. he's too smart for the aggressive double to work for a full 48.

I am tired of Kuzma's disappearing act. When is he going to be consistent??? McLemore's 3 point defense was atrocious last night. AD2 is Lazy on defense at times. I don't like that. This proves how Lebron is the engine that runs this team.

Teams that have no talent for real basketball shoot alot of threes. Hence why almost all teams shoot a bunch of threes and why a lebronless and ADless Lakers team does.

The outlier Warriors during their 5 year run created this thought that 3s win titles. Not true, and I'll tell you why. One, the Warriors have arguably the 3 best shooters that have ever lived on their team, in their prime. Two, Curry, who is #1, never won a Finals MVP in his 5 finals appearances. Why? Because the deeper you get into the playoffs, grit and defense is what saves you in tight games. And he could be contained in those moments usually because focus was on him and he isn't physically able to push and pull people around him. Plus, the pressure of making those shots gets even higher.

it's a weird comparison, as harden really isn't much of a whiner. which is easy when you basically get every single call, and they implicitly change the rules to suit your game.

doncic whines because he doesn't get harden calls, imo. which is why i warned that harden was sort of a big problem for fans of the game.

anyway, he sliced and diced the defense in the second half and shot 5 fts in 39 minutes.

you can get mad that he complains to the refs a lot, but he's not harden.

Frustrating as both of these games were winnable. I'm ok losing to playoff teams w/o Lebron/AD but these two were tough to swallow.

Oh well, can't go for short term gains: AD up and running is probably more important to the team and Vogel's thought process then winning. He's going to experiment since AD is in there so I'm expecting an ugly few weeks before hopefully a strong finish
