There is one thing that most top 5 players of all time like, and that is to be on the Lakers and wear purple and gold!

If we finish Top 3 in the league, Lebron should win MVP and I don't think it's close.

Har'en - drama with Rockets, plays with another healthy MVP candidate in Kyrie, doesn't play both sides of the court like Lebron
Embiid - will miss too many games
Giannis - won't get votes 3 years in a row
Jokic or Lillard - slight chance if their teams end the season with a 20 win streak.

no one talks about it, but if phx ends up with a top 3 record, doesn't cp get consideration?

i can't believe harden's getting consideration. that's garbage. when will the press stop stan-ing this guy? they're still mad at AD for demanding out of NO, but we're weeks out from harden completely exploding an nba franchise and joining his buddies on a super team. and that's apparently ok. he already got top billing on a team when he wasn't their best player (paul was houston's best player when he was there), and now it's happening again (durant is better, and honestly, irving's about the same, just injured a lot).

It’s undeniable that CP2 has impacted that team. But I hope that flopper continues to toil in obscurity.

I'm guessing they will vote LeBron as a makeup for the years he should have been MVP and someone else got it.

They will always find a way to screw a Laker. Shaq, Kobe, now Bron. He should be the MVP for the past 8-10 years.
Just watch Embiid or Jokic getting the trophy.

Did he roll it? I've been in one of those really busy Ray Liotta days in Goodfellas when he's being followed by helicopters. Didn't even see one minute of the game.

Yes. Painfully inward. It was planted and Atlanta player fell into the outside of his ankle during a scramble for a loose ball.

At least we still have up and coming mega stars Kuzma, Caruso, and THT. Plus 6th MOTY candidates Foshizl and Stripe.

stuff like this makes you stronger for the playoffs

also time for KFC to step it up a bit

Well, let's see what is revealed in the MRI. X-Rays were negative. Best case scenario - mild to moderate high ankle sprain and he's out for a week or two. It looked bad though. Hopefully there won't be any extra sketchiness. I rolled my ankle when someone undercut me in my regular game several years ago and I ended up getting an avulsion fracture that wouldn't ever fully heal. That's my concern for Lebron. But he's a lot younger than me, with the best possible medical attention and his tweak was different than mine. If he suffered an avulsion fracture they might be able to fix it by grafting. Mine was not caught by X-Ray. It showed up later on MRI.
