What does he make for salary trade purpose and what do they need that would have them looking at our guys? Who would have to go?

Too early for ..... :dwightcrying: ?

Cook and McKinnie works (at least on Real GM), but Cook would have to agree to it. That's all I'd be willing to give up... and a future 2nd if they want. If they just want to come off his contract, that accomplishes that. If they want an asset, they aren't getting AC or THT.

Anything we need we can get in the buyout market later on. Not giving up a strength which then becomes a weakness to address another "hole."

Bamba is worth the risk. I think Vucevic being so good has hurt Bamba's potential. Would be great for him to get a new opportunity elsewhere.

If we are actually talking Cook and McKinnie, that's not even really a risk.

I doubt Orlando is “talking” Cook and McKinnie. :D

We should try to get Beal ( I know it's not a simple task) as we have been unable to run a competent and collective offense ...

Not sure if Bron and AD heroics in iso will be enough against the Nets, our role players will make more 3's but with AD injury , Rob should go for it .

Im thinking, that at lest 25 teams can put up a better package for Beal, than us.
So what we need, is to get real and hope for some players from a "buyout market".

they just don't have enough to give up for a guy like beal. the most would be something like kuzma+schroeder+THT+picks and washington would laugh at that. plus it'd kill the depth

picking up guys who were bought out is the realistic goal here

I'd give up a lot to get Beal, he's the perfect complementary player offensively to AD and Lebron. But like you said I don't think it's likely to happen. I'm thinking more like 432J - pick someone up on the waiver wire. Or whatever happened to Pau and his rehab? A possibility?

Can earn the ring this time around. We're down a body. He's familiar with the guys. I see no down side. He's not the D juggernaut some are hoping to find. Just depends on the role he wants.

I’ll be shocked if Boogie isn’t a Laker within a week.

Umm Boogie to the Lakers is an absolute no brainer. We're down AD right now - we actually can use him and if Marc gets injured, it's another big body to throw out there (and he spreads the floor).

Has the veteran’s minimum been pro-rated down to the point where we can even sign him under the hard cap?
