    I am a witness. ;)

Most Kobe-esque game by Bron for sure.

Just looked at the box score:

    46/8/6, 2 steals, 2 blocks, shooting 64% for 3.
At age 36. What are we watching here?!

    Quite the homecoming for LBJ

After the strong start he had, did you really want to poke the bear?

    Thanks Cavs front office!

And on top of the scoring and the 3 ball, let's not forget this spike

It was flat out ridiculous. Shooting 19 for 26? It's just astonishing. In his 18th year in the league. He is absolutely the MVP for this first quarter of a season.

19-26 from a point forward is nuts.

That's what I'm seeing too and mentioned in the AD thread. Lebron is making things easier on himself this year with the improved three pointer and not having to get as beat up on the drives. That plus the low minutes (32 per game) and Schroder doing some of the leg work of running the offense with the starters is great news for Lebron in terms of not working himself too hard with limited time between this and last season.

Too good, that idiot probably cost them the game. Why do these FO people actually think they’re a part of the game to this degree, and more importantly maybe, what’s this dude’s issue with LeBron? He was wayyyy too happy he missed that

Rewatching that final possession Lebron probably should have fought over the screen harder to stay on Tobias. Tough play design as Curry is such a good shooter.

They may have wanted to out Matthews in for Schroeder for more length but that would have still left Caruso on Curry. Caruso played good D but Harris can shoot over him which he did.

Also it would be nice to get in more shooting earlier. They don't seem to want to use the AD, Morris, Lebron frontcourt which was the go to move in the playoffs

That pass at the end to KCP for the corner 3 was something else.

Also annoyed that we didn't go to AD at the 5 sooner. 76ers have the the 5th best defense in the league with all these athletic guys and you can't go without spacing. Harell is playing well but the AD/Harell combo doesn't give you the spacing you need that you get with AD at the 5 and then shooting.

Folks keep saying the 76ers took there foot off the pedal but it was more once the Lakers went small ball they got a bunch of great looks from 3 like Lebron finding KCP. To maximize his passing that been clear since Miami lost to Dallas all those years ago

This game in Detroit is awful. Lakers look gassed. No AD. Nothing going right. Missed at least 6 layups. Bad tips. Couldn't throw a pea in the ocean.
