NOTICE: Closing LB's Politics, Religion And Pholosophy Section

    After discussing it with the other staff, we have decided to close the Politics, Religion and Philosophy section of Lakersball permanently.

    The closure will take effect on:

    January 1st 2021

    I know that some of you like to participate in these discussions, but I feel things get too heated, too personal, and this section takes way more effort to police than any other section on LB, while having way fewer staff that actually wants to do it. Therefore, keeping it open simply isn't worth the headache IMO. These topics have gotten too divisive, and too infuriating to manage on a forum that does not have Politics as it's main thrust.

    Feel free to discuss non hot button issues in the Open Court section, and feel free to have any kind of discussion you would like via direct messaging, or even group messaging for those of you that want to continue topics.

    Great decision! It really is impossible to discuss politics with people you are fond with and it not do something to you. At the end of the day, none of us are experts at politics and none of us can actually be right or wrong when both sides are saying their side is the right side.

    Hopefully I didn’t offend anybody. If I did, my sincerest apologies.

    At least all of the lost souls that thought there wasn’t corruption in the election have proof and are ashamed of their own party.

    and COVID is proving to be no more impactful than the flu, but is being used the world over to change the distribution of wealth and power.

    N95 masks can filter out particles as small as 3 microns. It’s too bad they don’t do any good and COVID is about 1.5 microns and we’re acting like a bunch of sheep.

    Bill Gates owns the patent on the coronavirus as well as has a stake in the manufacturing.
