I would take him over Giannis. And you know what... if we didn't have Bron, I'd take him over AD too.

i'm on team luka. if i'm dallas i'd trade him for literally nobody. he's 21 and clearly a top 5 nba player. his defense isn't as bad as some indicate, and i think he still has some room to improve on both ends. just a crazy talent.

lebron is better right now, as are probably AD and giannis. and when kawhi is available, he's currently more valuable due to his insane defense. but that's it, imo. factor in luka's age, and he's untradeable.

annoying that we got the #2 pick in three straight drafts and then one draft later, luka would have been available there.

i mean, we're in great shape anyway, but that would have been amazing.

Interestingly enough, yes. I would take him over any of those guys right now.

But IMO, Kawhi a bit too low, Durant too high. I mean, until we see him play how can he be that high? We know how Kobe looked like, and Durant, with all due respect, is not Kobe. One thing he does have going for him is height, so he can still get his shot off. But he will lose speed, no question about that.

Other guys on that list are fine where they ranked them.

i think the case for durant, post-achilles, is that he can be like 2011-era dirk, who was still an absolute force. i'm not sure if durant has that kind of shooting ability, though, tbh, and he's even lighter/narrower, so can he play pf/c?

i think he's done as a guy who can cause havoc as a perimeter defender and iso at the top of the key, though. will he adjust?

    also: luka is still better.

We'd take him over Lebron for sure to pair with AD. And for next 2 or 3 years it just might still be the wrong decision. Think of the improved, larger, stronger cyborg model that is James compared to Bryant. (so far knock on my head).

I enjoy how low Harden is, and that Paul George isn’t even on there.

Legitimately. Our guard rotation alone is just stupendous. KCP, Wes Jr., Schroder, Caruso, THT. Phenomenal. Oh yeah and then we have Lebron, AD and Marc Gasol too. Hahaha!!! And then we also have the NBA's 6th man of the year and runner up 6th man of the year on the bench.

This one just made me laugh. I dreaded Klutch before they arrived because of the Tristan Thompson and JR Smith Cleveland deals, but they seem to have gotten a little wiser with players actually around LeBron

Yeah. He is probably the most untouchable asset in the NBA. If they offered him to us for Lebron, and I knew it wouldn't destroy our team's relationship with Klutch, I'd probably make the trade.

Me too. And a good chance (?) LeBron with another good team finds a way to make us regret that decision for yet another year or two. Just needs to have no major injury. Am back to worrying about his stupid groin again.

I won't trade him for Lebron, not because I'm a Bronsexual, but because Montrezl might sulk playing with a whack a** white boy:Magic2:

With the rise of THT, I'm thinking down the road. Even if we never add another star when LeBron leaves (we will), this is the potential core going forward. All young and all in the same age range:

    AD / Trez / Kuz / Schroder / AC / THT
