    Thing is, I credit our coaching staff for our amazing defense last season. We played some of the best help defense I've ever seen, and that was key to our championship run.

    If we can get offensive weapons like Schröder and Harrell to buy into our defensive system the way we did everyone else last season, the sky's the limit.

    The guy we “settled” on after Rob couldn’t close HOF (we’ll see this year) Lue for 5 years and no flexibility on Lakers “helping” him pick his staff? And were offended by the “Full Monte” interview :giggle: ;).

    We'll probably lose the 2 preseason games against the Clippers cuz we'll play our impact players like 15 mins. The media will then proclaim the Clippers the front runners and that Lakers have been dethroned.

    The only people who look stupid are those who continue to talk or watch those two clowns. If you would just ignore them, they would go away and better quality of programming would exist.

    I really do hope the media talks us down all season. That didn't work out particularly well for them or the Clippers or Bucks last season :)

    Wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers play .500 ball for the first 2 months. I'm ok with that as long as we are figuring out rotations, lineups and keeping players healthy. We need to peak in the 2nd half of the year. Hopefully they finish the year in the top 4 seeds.

    .500 ball? You kidding me? This team is so stacked they will barely lose 2 games a month. AD is 27 years old, he has 3 more years to play 35 min a game and not miss a beat. You have young players who can score who are in their prime. Lebron can play 2 quarters and a half for the next 6 months and be fine.
