    In other news, whats happening with the Harden and Westbrook trades? Awfully quiet lately. Nets would be scraping the bottom of the barrel try to put a team together after having to unload for Harden

    Neither HOU or BKN in no rush.

    BKN is loaded enough as constructed they should do alright being in the top 3-4 in the East. Unless they start having a long losing streak I don't see them seriously pursuing Harden.

    HOU has a new coach and GM, no good trade offers and they want to run it back

    HOU was feeling the heat from media and fans but everyone's caught up with draft and free agency, things are calmer now

    Who's offering Batum more than the minimum? I don't know if Batum just sucks and is no longer playable or if the Hornets were just trying to play younger dudes and effectively pushed Batum out of their rotation so he gave up. I don't think a team gives him more than the minimum and he would be most useful playing for the Lakers since he would have something to play for in a title and also, try to win another contract next season by playing well and contributing to the title.

    He made the money lets see if he wants to ring chase

    Dedmon gets cleared from waivers at noon as well.

    Both of these guys got stretched from their contracts and got waived. If they clear waivers, they're worth a look. We only have 11 players on our roster
