Center market is drying up. Gasol is still one of the most proven centers who is an above average defender, can somewhat space the floor, and was the best passing big man in the league before Jokic showed up. He's better than Javale. I like it because you can play Marc and AD at the same time and then switch it up with Marc and Trezz or Trezz and AD. Lots of options with Marc.

Horry looked done in 2003, then helped San Antonio win two more rings, one with him being a big part of it in 2005. Horry was drained in 2003 from playing too much. Same happened with Gasol last year. 15-20 min a game and he will be fine this year.

Did he have a say? I don't think he did. It wasn't a no trade clause was it?

No, he didn't have a say. He's Javele McGee.

Yeah, please waive them both lol. I would hope we can get some ring chasers for the minimum that can contribute more.

That really sucks for JaVale actually - hopefully the Cavs buy him out?

Would be terrible if he had to move to Cleveland...and he probably could have opted out and gotten paid by someone and now he's stuck in Cleveland of all places

And he's a great passer, decent post defender and he can shoot threes.

Jordan Bell? What happened to him? I remember him being touted as the "future" with GSW...

I think it was more about him opting in initially knowing he was likely to be used as trade salary.

We have no size at SF. We can't expect lebron to become a defensive stopper at this stage and with such a quick turn around season.
Mathews is a SG at 6'5. Kuz is really all we got.

I'll be surprised if Schroeder comes off the bench but he has thrived in that role.
